The Lupines are in Bloom!

Leaving Federal Way today mid afternoon, I'm headed back to Renton via the back roads. I love the drive past the Weyerhaeuser Headquarters and today was exceptionally beautiful!
The Lupines are in Bloom! Acres and acres of them in all colors. I just had to stop and gaze to appreciate the wonder of it all, and of course, shoot a bazillion photos as fast as I could!


Love the dandelion! The flaw that makes it art.


Though the light was a little muted today by cloud cover the colors are still radiant. There were a lot of bumble bees out today having a wonderful afternoon. But, they were a little camera shy as they scurried from bloom to bloom. There's on on the pink Lupine above, mid right.
